Return Policy

This Return Policy describes how you may return Products purchased from us, including the Actyvera dietary supplement, and how your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) interact with voluntary change-of-mind policies.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

2. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a Product that is damaged, faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, contact us within a reasonable time after you discover the issue. Reasonable time depends on the nature of the goods and the defect; for consumable dietary supplements, report issues promptly after delivery and before the expiry date if the defect relates to safety or quality.

We may ask for photographs, batch numbers, and proof of purchase. Where we accept a claim under the ACL, we will provide a remedy at no cost to you, which may include repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. If the Product has been lost or damaged after delivery due to your misuse, we may decline a remedy.

3. Change of mind

Where we offer change-of-mind returns in addition to your statutory rights, the following conditions apply unless we confirm otherwise in writing:

  • You must notify us within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original saleable condition with seals intact and packaging undamaged.
  • Perishable or sealed health products where the seal is broken for hygiene or safety reasons cannot be accepted for change of mind under Australian law.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or the ACL requires us to bear them.

If we approve a change-of-mind return, we will refund the product price minus any original shipping charges we incurred, using the same payment method where practicable. Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) to ten (10) business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

4. Products not eligible for change of mind

Opened dietary supplements, products without proof of purchase, items purchased outside our authorised channels, and items returned after the expiry date are generally not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Statutory rights may still apply if there is a fault.

5. How to initiate a return

  1. Email contact@prizelonvak.world or use the contact form with your order reference, full name, delivery address, and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Wait for a return authorisation number (RAN) and instructions. Do not ship goods without a RAN unless we instruct you to do so.
  3. Pack items securely, include a copy of your communication, and send the parcel using a trackable service where possible.
  4. Retain proof of postage until your return is processed.

6. Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method unless that is impossible, in which case we will propose an alternative. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit as agreed with you.

7. Shipping errors

If we send the wrong item or quantity, we will correct the error at our expense, including return labels where required. Notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.

8. Dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with our handling of a return, contact us to escalate the matter. You may also contact Consumer Affairs Victoria or the ACCC for information about your rights. Nothing in this policy limits your right to pursue remedies under the ACL.
